Learn German Online with an Intensive German Course
Need to kick-start or speed up your German learning journey for work, pleasure or just because? Why not try out an intensive German course to learn German?
With German being more in demand across the world than ever before, now is as good a time as any to learn German and develop your linguistic abilities.
Whether you are looking for an intensive short course (2 weeks to 3 months) to study the language, or if you are in search of an intensive course run over a longer period of 3 months to 48 months, get in touch.
The intensive German course studied online or in person (if you are local to Spalding, Boston, Sleaford, Peterborough or based in South Lincolnshire) will focus on your needs and requirements for learning German. However, the general plan includes a mixture of grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, reading, writing and translation.
Common European Framework for Language Learning
In the first lesson, I will assign you a short diagnostic test to ascertain your language level. If you are a beginner, we will then learn/revise the basics, putting them into practice with repetition using authentic material. Then, we will build on this knowledge further moving from speaking at a basic speaker level (A1) to advanced beginner (A2) and then intermediate level (B1/B2). At these levels, you will be able to hold a conversation on a variety of topics and we will then refine your skills further to achieve an advanced proficient level (C1/C2).
How Long Does It Take To Get Fluent in German?
Want to be fluent? It’s a fun journey that requires around 800 active hours of learning. This could include independent study, homework and lessons. Depending on your requirements, this equates to around 15 hours per week if you have no prior knowledge and wish to become proficient within a year.
Whatever your requirements for needing an intensive German course, or just to get more information, please do get in touch by email or phone to discuss your needs. I am available weekdays throughout the year. I look forward to hearing from you soon – Sabina
